We present you with a completed fixed-price quote.

You pay an initial deposit of $2,000 to secure your tiny house price, production allocation and any other additional inclusions.

Select your preferred internal and external colours and finishes.

Chat with our expert designers to discuss our range of customisation options so we can create a home that’s uniquely yours.

You’ll make progress payments at different stages of the building process:
- 30% on signing the contract
- 30% at completion of the trailer
- 20% at frame completion
- 20% at final completion of the home

Our construction supervisor will provide regular updates once your build has commenced.

Upon completion, we will contact you to arrange an inspection. Inspection appointments during the building stages are also welcome.
